Dr. Nagel's research led to Breakthrough Intelligence (BIQ) - the science of collective breakthroughs. Through systematic engagement with hundreds of organizations over 25+ years, he identified the deeper factors that determine whether organizations achieve breakthrough results or remain trapped in incremental outcomes.

His work addresses a fundamental question: Where do organizational results actually come from?

Dr. Nagel conducts research into organizational performance and collective breakthrough capacity, then applies these findings through strategic advisory services with senior teams, boards, and organizational leaders.

Through work with organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to nonprofits, he developed the empirical foundation for BIQ - advancing organizational science by revealing dynamics that conventional approaches overlook.
