Dr. Nagel is the pioneering researcher who discovered Breakthrough Intelligence (BIQ) - the science of collective breakthroughs. Through systematic engagement with hundreds of organizations over 25+ years, he identified the deeper factors that determine whether collectives achieve breakthrough results or remain trapped in incremental outcomes.

Dr. Nagel conducts research into organizational performance and collective breakthrough capacity then applies these findings through strategic advisory services with senior teams, boards, and organizational leaders.
